How can I check my parcels and how can I find out when they arrive at destination?
We will inform you via email as soon as:
- your parcels arrive in the EshopWedrop origin warehouses (your personal EshopWedrop shopping addresses)
- your parcels depart towards the destination country
- your parcels arrive in our warehouse from the destination country
- your parcels either arrive in the collection point indicated by you or they are handed over to the courier for delivery to the address indicated by you
- the parcels are then delivered to you.
Also, you have the anytime option to check your parcels in your EshopWedrop account. You will find here all the details and the status for all your parcels, consolidations, history, invoices raised to you, etc.
